Retail Food Group Ltd has repurchased the Brumbies Bakery master franchises for Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

This deal, in addition the acquisition of the North Queensland and New Zealand Master Franchises, takes the Retail Food Group’s (RFG) acquired territories to 4 this financial year.

RFG’s CEO, Tony Alford said the two latest purchases, were a valuable acquisition for the group. With “The combined Brumby’s WA and NT master franchise territories achieve the highest average weekly sales in Australia,” Mr Alford said.

The agreement is scheduled to be completed before February 20, 2010, with the recently reacquired North Queensland and New Zealand areas have an expected settlement expected before January 16.

RFG now has aquired all Australian and New Zealand master franchise and licence rights for the Brumbies Franchise except for a  relatively small Brumby’s South Australian master franchise territory.

Meanwhile, RFG is still completing due diligence on it’s purchases of DCM Coffee & Donuts, and Big Daddy Pies.
